  • What payments do you accept?

    We accept debit and major credit cards as well as apple and google pay.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    To respect the time of our therapists and ensure fair availability for all patients, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. If you cancel without 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up or arrive late, the full fee for the scheduled service will be charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • Do you offer direct billing?

    We’re excited to announce that we will soon be offering direct billing to most major insurance companies. Stay tuned for updates!

  • Do I need a referral?

    You do not need a referral from your doctor, but you may require one for reimbursement from your benefits.

  • Can I get a massage while pregnant?

    Yes, all our massage therapists are trained in pre and post-natal massage. They have a strong background in anatomy and physiology, enabling them to support expectant and new mothers with the specific challenges they may face.

  • How often do I need treatment?

    The frequency of treatments depends on each individual’s needs. For active issues, more frequent visits are recommended initially. As healing progresses, treatments can be spaced out to help maintain your well-being.

  • What services do you provide?

    Currently, massage therapy is the only service we offer. However, your therapist will use a variety of techniques to customize your treatment to meet your unique needs. Whether you prefer a deep tissue or sports massage, or something more relaxing, your therapist will integrate various modalities and styles to suit you.

  • Can I come in if I am sick?

    No, to protect the well-being of our clinic, including our practitioners and other clients who may be more vulnerable, we kindly ask that you refrain from coming in if you are unwell. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

  • What safety protocols do you have in place?

    Our treatment rooms are thoroughly sanitized after each session. We wipe down all surfaces and ensure that linens are freshly laundered to provide a clean and safe environment for every client. First aid kits are readily available, and our facility is equipped with fire alarms and clearly marked exits, along with emergency lighting.

  • Where can I park?

    There is free parking available here at 1350 Fisher. We recommend using the upper lot for convenient access to the entrance.

  • Is my information secure?

    Anytime you or a practitioner transfers data from a computer to Jane (our online booking system), the information is encrypted with the same level of security as your bank uses to transfer information.

  • Do you accept Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) patients?

    No, we do not.
